During your first weeks, we support you closely, provide all the information you need, and help you feel at home at tracekey solutions while getting started in your role.
A Structured Start With a Clear Onboarding Process
At tracekey, we take onboarding one step at a time. After a successful application process and signing the contract, we discuss the details of your start together.
On your first day, you’ll be personally welcomed at the office and receive your full equipment – including a tracekey notebook, pen, keys, laptop, headset, and all the access credentials you need for your daily work.
We usually keep the first day short, as the introduction to our IT infrastructure can feel overwhelming at first.
The next day, your team takes over your onboarding. Based on an onboarding plan tailored to your role and responsibilities, you begin your training. In addition, you’ll work through our QM structure independently: processes, policies, and mandatory training on workplace safety, fire protection, data protection, and IT security are all part of your to-do list.
Professional Training With Experienced Colleagues
Depending on your role, you’ll have different contact persons across the company. Your direct team is your main point of support. Our well-structured knowledge base helps you get familiar with standard procedures on your own.
We are there for you whenever you have questions or start working on your first tasks. You join everyday operations right away, participate in all relevant meetings, and receive your own responsibilities quickly.
Insights Into All Departments – Understanding How We Collaborate
Our company is organized into several teams and areas. But no team can work on its own. Without software development, there would be no solutions that help our healthcare customers meet regulatory compliance. Without the Marketing and Sales team, no one would hear about our software or understand what we do. Without Customer Success, our customers wouldn’t get the support they need. And without our People and Culture team, there would be no BBQs, no new hires, no employee check-ins, and no snacks.
You see, every team depends on the others. That’s why we take time once a month to discuss current topics together. We also regularly plan where we want to go as a company and how we can reach our goals as a team.
Software Development
This is where regulatory requirements and customer needs turn into lines of code. The team is supported by our Scrum Master and Product Owner, who ensure workflows, goals, and team needs stay aligned.
Customer Success
Customers have questions and onboarding needs, too. Their first point of contact is our Customer Success team.
Marketing & Sales
This team builds the bridge to potential customers in the healthcare industry. Because even the most helpful and well-designed software is useless if no one knows about it.
People and Culture Team
Employee reviews need to be scheduled and Christmas parties organized. The People and Culture team handles HR matters, provides tracekey merch and plenty of coffee, tea, and snacks, and supports you with sick notes and anything else you need.
Customer Focus From Day One
New colleagues quickly learn how our (potential) customers think and work, what challenges healthcare companies face due to global regulations, and how we support them in practice. You’ll also receive an introduction to the basic functionalities and handling of our software solutions early on.
Regular Feedback and Personal Development
In addition to daily, informal feedback from your team and our Scrum Master, you’ll have official feedback sessions during your onboarding period – as needed, as well as after six weeks, three months, and at the end of your onboarding after six months.
The teams also participate in regular retrospectives. These are moderated sessions that provide space to discuss challenges constructively and, through small team-building activities, help the team grow closer and improve internal communication.
